The Cheesecake Factory, Coconut Grove

I told them I was allergic to mushrooms and they bring out the order with mushrooms. I send it back & they come back out 15 mins later with the order. It looked like it had no mushrooms but was drenched in sauce and i always order the same thing and it never comes drenched like that and it didnt taste the same as it usually tastes. I start eating it and 10 minutes later i start feeling itch and my throat feels like its closing. I look into the pasta and discover 3 mushrooms. I ask the manager and he says chef was busy and picked them out for me, im allergic dummy. All they did was take the pasta off the bill and apologize for the chef being busy. It felt like a slap in the face for someone who comes there often enough.

JUST TO TELL HOW 100 OF FRENCH PEOPLE ARE WELCOME IN CHEESE CAKE FACTORY IN COCONUT GROVE !!!! I CAME WITH MY CLIENT AND DEAL WITH MR Chris Halks THE MANAGER THAT WE WILL COME TO HAVE LUNCH WITH 100 PERSON AND HE SAID YES , WE WANTED TO PAY 100% FOR MARCH BUT HE SAID I DON'T RESERVE BECAUSE IT IS LIKE THAT YOU COME AND YOU SEE AND ALSO NO CONTARCT : ''on behalf of his company'' THAT HE SAID I FEEL INSUT BY HE ATITUDE I WAS READY TO PAY 9000 USD ON ONE LUNCH ??? WHAT IS HIS PROBLEM MY MONEY NOT GOOD ANOUGHT AND WHAT A GOOD IMAGE OF YOUR COUNTRY HOW CAN A MANAGER ACT LIKE THAT PLEASE DON T GO TO THESE FACTORY ANY MORE A GROUP DEALER IN FRANCE

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Be sure to try the Kobe burger.

for the food to be exspensive....it was nasty!!!! i really didnt enjoy, the wait was entirely too long and the waitress who served us had an attitude problem... the manager however was poliet and very apologetic....still i would not reccomend this resturant to anyone.....BUT THE LEMONADE WAS GREAT!!!!!N SO WAS DA BROWN BREAD.....

The appetizer was cold and there was a hair in my main course meal. This Cheesecake Factory is awful.

just not this location. Something about their food is not as good as other locations. Altho their location is prime, the food is not up to par. Ive given it a few shots and havent been satisfied.
