Flanigan's Seafood Bar & Grill
Flanigan's is a fisherman's haven, but attracts a pretty diverse crowd despite the prevailing theme. The business crowd occupies the wooden booths and shiny-varnished tables for weekday lunches and happy hour; sports lovers come to watch the game, any game, and wash it down with pitchers of beer and seafood; nicely dressed bar-hoppers come to finish their night in the Grove with a feast of chicken wings and nachos. The restaurant is casual, reasonably priced, and offers a wide variety of traditional bar food, seafood, sandwiches, and alcoholic beverages.
The service was very poor! We got in the restaurant sat-down and we were approached by the waitress,(that's normal)and we ordered food and drinks . . . the drinks were find but the food made it to the table cold(that's because the manager got our food) many people next to us got their food hot and almost at the same time as we did. I really don't know why the service was so bad because the food usually is good and the ambience is fine . . . maybe the waitress had a bad hair day, but the service to the other tables was excellent or maybe is because we were just three ladies only and not five or six people ordering the entire menu and after an excellent service a fat tip waiting for the waitress. Like I said I've no idea what the deal is but returning to this restaurant is the last thing we want to do; further more, all our friends will know of the service we got and no more business lunches.
