I usually only write reviews when I experience great service and great food. However, this time I have to give a negative one.......The staff and ownership at Pepe s were very rude, inflexible when simply asked if two items could be altered slightly from how they were presented in the menu (same ingredients, just different combination). There was no attempt to be nice, or explain why it could not be done. The response was NY kind of rude. We are middle aged, professional couples from the South who expect pleasant and friendly service and this was absolutely the worst customer service we ve ever experienced. Will never return and would suggest anyone who wants good food, pleasant surroundings, and good service to avoid this place!

Food was good. But the atmosphere in Pepe's was so bad I would not recommend anybody to go in. Me and my wife along with are guest from Canada when in to Pepe's on Wednesday 11,2011 at 3:00P/M to eat lunch. My grandson was enjoying himself chasing bird while they were flying in and was under control by his mother at all time. Then out of the bartender mouth came why don't you spank your child, it not MacDonald. At this time we pick up my grandchild and put him at the table. At this time again he kept taunting with his mouth and hand slapping at the bar stated that we should of spank him. There were 2 other peoples at the bar drinking with him. The bartender needed alot of interpersonal skill toward peoples. I advised my guests to leave Pepe's with my grandchild and wait for us. While me and my wife was finishing up with your meal he kept up the taunting with the other people at the bar. Also, two more peoples entered the bar and he kept on taunting with the other peoples at the bar while he still drinking shot with the other peoples at the bar. He needed to be taught how to communciate with people of all kinds.

We were just at Pepe's for breakfast a few weeks ago the food was excellent and the service was great. We can't wait to go back. Of all the places to eat you need to experience this place. You will want to eat all your meals there.

Nice atmosphere, great food, great service, we went during off season, mid-week. I would recommend to anyone.

We loved it. We went for breakfast. There were 9 of us and they managed to get us set up all together rather quickly. Our waiter was fun, even at that time of day. You have got to try the coconut bread!! Yummy.

Pepe's is an awesome place to stop in for breakfast. I stopped by there three days in a row it was so good. There specials are great and I love the Mimosa's and Bloody Mary's they make as well. They have a very friendly wait staff that works there in a unique dinning area inside and out. You should also check out the tree to the right of the building that has grown around a bicycle (it's been there for over twenty years). I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
