My wife stayed in key largo just 2 nights. The first night we rolled in around 8 and happened upon Gus'. They placed a dish of freshly roasted garlic infront us with some warm bread and it was heaven. They prep the fish out in open, you look at all the beautiful fish, the tons of garlic... we were able to squeeze in 2 dinners 1 lunch and a breakfast, we just didn't want to leave largo primarily because of Gus' and did i mention that garlic...
