the ribs were not good ,tainted meat BAD ,beer price,not charge WRONG PRICE the whole meal was wrong at the get go

My husband and I had the twin Maine lobster tail dinner last week and they were excellent, tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh and tasty and the waitress was courteous and efficient. A few weeks ago I had the New England clam bake and it was good also. We will eat there again.

great prices...cant beat beer and liquer prices. food is great and at a great price. spin dip is awesome. capt jacks delish! new zinger menu off the chain! highley recommend it.

I will never visit an Ale House again. I have been going to various Ale House locations for years, but this was the last visit. The cheap beer and drink prices were the only thing that had us coming back. In general, the service is usually slow, unenthusiastic and sometimes down-right rude. The over-all cleanliness is not up to par, and the food is mediocre. On this last visit, the food was ok. As far as cleanliness, the area that we were seated in smelled like old, dirty dish rags, and there was water on the floor by the restrooms which I almost slipped and fell on. As far as the service, this time the waitress was not only rude to me, she over-charged us for a pitcher of beer. When I pointed out the extra charge, she immediately started arguing and accused me of lying. I asked to see her manager, she refused and continued to try and argue with me. When a manager finally came out he immediately agreed to take the pitcher off, but ran away before I could complain about the rude service. It wasn't until we called him back and asked for his business card that he talked to us. Then the waitress refused to come back to our table. The whole ordeal took about 45 minutes from the time we received the check with the error to the time when we were able to pay. I called the 1-800 customer service number and requested a call back but never received one. I wrote an email to the corporate office and never received a reply. I refuse to give money to a company that exhibits such poor customer service on all levels, from the server, to the middle management, to the corporate.

Food is GREAT but they need to do better with the cleanliness factor!

this place was a favorite of mine but not anymore... dont know what happened but the food was the worst I have ever had not only there but anywhere.... restaurant and bathrooms were filthy, actually saw 2 roaches during my time there..... Management were not at all helpful and didn't seem to care about the customer nor the state of their restaurant's cleanliness.... This place has hit the bottom.....go to another restaurant if you want my advice!!!!!

Their osso buco has to be the best and juciest pork I've had since the last whole-pig BBQ. Jambalaya is also highly recommended. Friendly and quick service, nice athmosphere, good parking. It does get busy at dinner time and you might have to wait a few minutes for a table.
