Current owner(George) has developed this restaurant into a great eatery. The only known
glassbottom bar in the world. Good entertainment. Menu vaires to offer everyone a good
selection. Sometimes the service suffers due to the crowds. Not on the main drag, but
worth getting directions to locate. Bush and DJ are some of the best bartenders.Inside and
waterfront dining.Raw bar is a fairly new addition and includes all seafood selections from
shooters to very fresh oysters. They should offer Steamers since they have the fresh catch
and a kitchen. It is said...the place to go is the one with the crowded parking lot...They have
several parking lots sometimes all crowded(a + and a -).
I was recently there and let me tell you I was in shock !!! The place was recently remodeled and is a great spot to have a couple drinks & apps. outside or a nice dinner inside. If you go in the late afternoon get your insect repelant ready!!! If you seat inside is OK. They have 2 menus, outside bar/terrace & dining room and you can order from both, isn't great. A couple must try items are: Tuna App. Creamy Crab Soup, Conch fritters, Macademia Crusted Snapper & Chocolate Cake... You'll see what I mean.
Went with my family and it was a very mixed review. We started off with some drinks and appetizers. The apple Martini was very good, but then they ran out of the stuff to make them after our first order, and they ran out of foster on draft. We had to ask for our bread and it came out cold, the server was very helpful. When we got the food my father and myself liked our meals very much. My mother and husband didn't like theirs, Chris fish was under cooked and moms pasta didn't have enough sauce. My cousin Ginger liked her chicken but it wasn't anything special. So over all it was a good meal and nice place, but nothing-extra special and a pot luck on if you get a great meal or just ok.
