Bentley's Restaurant, Islamorada

We went this past weekend with my mother and cousin. The waiter was so much fun and the food was excellent. My husband had the prim rib steak and it was cooked good, which for some reason is hard for other restaurants to get right. I had a Yellowtail snapper dinner with shrimp and a wonderful sauce, my mother had a shrimp dinner and my cousin got a blackened chicken. It was an amazing thing we all loved our meals and the Escort appetizer was very awesome, even my cousin had some and she is not a big Escort eater. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, the staff was funny and right on the ball. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone, it has something for everyone, seafood, steaks, and sandwiches anything you can think and they even said if you could come up with something, they would make it. Not only is it close to my house but I love the food it is the place to eat.

Went to the restaurant in July when we stayed in the keys. The food was wonderful and the service was great. We can t wait to go back next time we are in the keys. Highly recommend the restaurant.

Fantastic find!! We'll definitely go back the next time we're in the Keys! We were there at happy hour and enjoyed several munchies off the happy hour menu...Conch Chowder, Mahi Mahi Bites, Oysters on the half shell, and (my favorite) 7 Seafood Salsa. Our waiter was full of suggestions about the menu and never missed a beat. Don't let the exterior of the building fool ya, its elegant inside, despite the look of a two-story bar from the outside.

I loved everything about it. My friends and I had dinner there about a year and a half ago. The food was excellent, the servers were very proffessional and the owner was a great guy to talk to and took good care of us. You get a full gourmet meal for what you pay and it's worth every cent. If you're driving through the keys or staying in Key Largo, you absolutely have to go to Bentley's.
