cannot believe that anyone would write a negative review about this place. As far as I am concerned, this is THE BEST restaurant in Brevard County for New Orleans-inspired cajun or creole food, fresh delicious, beautifully presented seafood, choice cuts of steak, and literally the BEST CRAB BISQUE in the world (and I have eaten at Wolfgang Puck's in LA, Commander's Palace in New Orleans, Bookbinder's in Philly before it closed, etc.).
The wait staff are pleasant, professional, and just plain, old fashioned nice - a rarity these days. The Head Chef was trained at the world famous CIA in Hyde Park, NY - and it certainly is evident in the consistently wonderful food that emanates from his kitchen.
Every time we go, we have an enjoyable experience. Every time we invite friends along, Pineda Crossing has a new set of fans.
If you want the best lunch or dinner in the area, served artfully, in a casual atmosphere, PINEDA CROSSING IS THE PLACE. PERIOD. THAT IS ALL.
We normally love this place as the food is great... but the service has gone way down. I regularly meet my wife here for lunch and arrive a few minutes early so her lunch is ready and she can get back to work... we don t ever stay long 45min total... They now rudely told me I would have to wait for her to arrive before being seated... I felt like I was sitting in the principal s office and was worried my wife would have to hurry through her lunch... instead of taking it out on the waitress and her tip I am posting this review... Cheers!
My husband and I loved every bit of our dinner - from salad to main entree to the bread pudding which is unbelievable. Excellent service, great drinks. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants truly delicious food.
