I love the food at Ossorio's, but the wine selection is quite disappointing as they do not have wines from Chile and Argentina. Why not?

This is one of the handful of places that my fiance and I have to stop when we're in town visiting. The coffee is decent but the pastry is what steals the show. Try the fruit tart, you definitely won't be dissappointed!

Ossorio is the ultimate coffee shop experience in the Cocoa/Rockledge area. This shop is well-maintained, has friendly staff, and certainly has a European flare in its manner of service and decor. This is not a place to go if you are impatient and just wanted a quick caffeine fix. You will wait a bit if the order requires steamed or frothed milk. The coffee is excellent, and the food presents a justifiable reason to go to Ossorio for non-coffee drinkers. The best feature of Ossorio for me is the devotion of the owner to maintaining a coffee shop free of loud, unruly children. Sadly, the art of parenting is lost on many people, and the public is forced to tolerate children with poor manners and obnoxious behavior. There is a sign clearly posted in Ossorio which discourages loud, unruly behavior from children, who may be asked to leave. I recently observed the manager request that two children curb their loud behavior, since the parent was clearly incapable of making such an effort (or unwilling). Her assertiveness and the cold stares of patrons resulted in a quick exit for these unwelcome customers. If you cannot control your children, do not come to Ossorio. There are plenty of trashy restaurants & petting zoos for children who cannot behave and parents who cannot be bothered to control their children. Thank you, Ossorio, for looking after your patrons and providing a place of refuge from obnoxious children (and adults).

Quaint and yummy
By senorita_christina, 5/18/07
I've been a frequent patron of ossorio's for 2 years now. At first the menu seemed too limited, but the croissants are amazing and the staff is wonderful. Who cares if you have to wait a bit longer. Slow down, people think more europeon take a minute and enjoy the freshly roasted coffee.

Brick Oven Delight
By Capt Pete, 6/17/06
Ossorio's is both a coffee house and a brick oven (pizza & more) right in the Village. The service is friendly and prompt though the line at the counter can get long. Seating is plentiful inside with some outdoor seating. An unusual menu with both breakfast and lunch/dinner items you won't find elsewhere. The food is good and they have lots of ice cream choices too! Great place to eat for vegans!

Lousy service with attitude. but the food is good
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/12/05
Their food and coffee is pretty good for Cocoa Village... but I found the service to slow and the staff rude with the owner walking around bellowing at people making it hard to enjoy what would otherwise be a very nice snack.
