Best sushi in the Melbourne area. The fish is the freshest I have ever had. If you want real japanese food/sushi then Hioki's is the place.

Fancy place, nice food presentation. Uses only real crab and not imitation crab, which I prefer imitation. The tempura shrimp in the dragon roll was way over cooked. The shrimp was dark brown and very crunchy and not golden and flaky. And WAY too expensive. Payed $66 between my wife and I. Got the same amount for cheaper at Siam Orchid.
