Great Experiene!!!
By ,
What an experience we had. Food was fantastic. When I visited Jalabdhar, Punjab, India, my friend's mom fed me so much tasty food, I never could forget that experience during Bisakhi festival time! This restaurant brought my experice with tasty food and friendly service. Without the punjab India food, our Diney experience would have been incomplete! I rate this restaurant as one of my best favourites. We enjoy spices but NOT HOT food and at dinner we have requested specifically that my kids wouldn't be able to handle any hot food. They brought tasty and No Hot food which is a rare occurance. This is a Kid friendly restaurant as this is the first restaurant where my kids enjoyed a dinner because of No Hot food. We were there in Orlando for 3 days and three dinners at this restaurant were simply great. You can find us in the restaurant at dinner tiime again on Oct 27, 28 and 29th as we will be in Disney again! See Ya..

Incredible! Neither my date or I were familiar with Indian food, but I really wanted to show her a great time. We told our waiter that neither of us knew Indian food so our dining experience was in his hands. He asked us a few simple questions (hot spicy we liked our food and if there were any meats would would not eat). All I can say was that he earned a huge tip and I will always go back whenever I am in Orlando again! Outstanding fresh home made food! VERY high quality! I wanted to show my date a good time... and this place was a home run! Could not have asked for better service or better food. OUTSTANDING!

If you want authentic Punjabi food, this is the place to go to. The food is excellent. Although we found the service to be a bit slow, it was definitely worth the wait. Food was served hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

the only indian restaurant of Orlando to maintain taste and consistency for i think about 20 + years, may be the oldest of all indian cuisines in orlando area.Service is so friendly and homely.Dishes can tell fresh taste, breads made fresh.Chutneys are the best, all authentic ingreidents found in the taste.Good Luck.

So so

If you need an Indian food fix in Orlando, there are many. This one is ok. The service is slow, and non attentive. The food was average, and I found it over salted, not over spiced. Prices are higher than the place next door. The real downer is the Karaoke place next door which -- for no reason at all -- blasts their music into the parking lot and overpowers and vibrates the walls. Sweet Caroline never sounded so bad... This is reason enough to avoid. Anway I will try a few more in the area and see what is up. Normally if there are several Indian eateries in a town, they are pretty good. Anwayway, food is just passable. Nothing really bad except the kabobs, and nothing exceptional. I would suggest the veggie dishes as they must be made fresh.
