Description

Not to be confused with the popular Outback chain of restaurants, this Outback Restaurant is an original. Located inside Lake Buena Vista's sumptuous Wyndham Palace resort, it features an authentic Aussie decor filled with stuffed crocodiles, dangerous-looking boomerangs, a flowing waterfall, fish tanks and friendly servers clad in safari outfits. The food is excellent, ranging from perfectly grilled steaks to live lobsters steamed to perfection. You can expect to pay accordingly, but it's worth it. After dinner, why not dance off a few of those extra calories in the adjacent nightclub, the perhaps-appropriately named Laughing Kookaburra (The) ?

Sweet Hotel!!

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at http://referer.us/9/SweetHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Best Steak ever eaten!!!

This is the best steak I have ever eaten in my life... I like my steak medium well - it seems impossible to achieve, but they did it. As I ate this great steak, I'm quite sure there was moaning going on - from me and my partner.... best $35 I ever spent.

I have been dinning around the Orlando area for over 30 years. This was my second (and last) time dinning here. ALL four of us had different meals, and ALL four of us were NOT happy with the service or quality of the food. I would highly recommend any place else !

Found this place by happy accident!

So happy it wasn't the chain restaurant, even though that was the place for which we were searching. The service was great, food was fantastic and unique and the decor was wonderful. A completely different menu than the chain restaurants and includes things like Kangaroo and Gator. Highly recommend this restaurant and being from the Bay Area we are used to dinning at exceptional restaurants.

The best restaurant in Disneyworld

The food and service are outstanding. A cocktail or two, a great meal, soft lighting and a relaxing atmosphere are a perfect way to end a wonderful, but exhausting day, at the theme parks. I would highly recommended this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.

Great Food

The Out Back which is not the regular Out Back Has been there for 32 years and has the best food in the world.I would never get tired of eating there.The Hospitality was great also.Could not ask for any thing better.When I get back to Orlando thats the place I will eat.Friends please try it if your going to Orlando

This is not the regular outback, i mean its not part of the chain, it is the original has been there for 32 years. Food is excellent, Has a great fish pond including Coy fish and a great waterfall. Try the Kangaroo and Gator appetizers. The service is great also. Its a little bit hard to find other than tha is great

When me and my husband took our 4 year old daughter to The Outback reataurant we ordered a blooming onion it was huge, we hardly had room for our main courses definatly the best meal ogf the Holiday! P.S. if you go to the outback you MUST order the bloomin onion!!!

Great food, interesting choices

Such an interesting and divers menu. Not your typical steak and seafood, though those are also delicious options. Try something different, you won't be disappointed.
