This is concerning the new McDonalds (store 34668). Please pass on.
My wife and I stopped at the drive-in 11/13/11 at 6:28pm. There were five cars in front of us. We ordered one caramel sundae with nuts and one Snack Reese McFlurry. The KVS Order was #46.
It took us about twelve minutes to get to the first window where we paid for the products. Another two minutes later we arrived to the pick-up window where the Caramel Sundae was given to me. There was about a minute delay when the server came back to the window to inform us that they did not have what was needed for the McFurry. The guy was lose as to what to do.
My wife was very frustrated, and the reason we stopped in the first place told him just to give her ice cream. We recieved a mcFurry cup with plain ice cream in it. $1.79 for a cup of ice cream. No offer for a partial refund or even an appoligy. We left without satifaction.
The location of the store is the most convient for us without going through the hassle of Disney traffic to get to your location. I now will go through the trouble to aviod visiting store #34668 on CR535.
