I've been to Kobe's a couple of times in different locations around the orlando area and there is nothing special about this place. The food was bland and nothing there reminded me of Japan. If this is authentic japanese food then I guess I could consider taco bell as authentic mexican food. I've lived in Japan most of my life and I was excited to go to a japanese restaurant but I was dissapointed.

Awesome experience, entertaining too

The chef was very fast with his hands, knew a few tricks, and kept an eye on the table to make sure everyone's drinks were filled, cracking jokes. I think his name was Shima. My daughter is a picky eater, and she loved the food there (and it wasn't chicken fingers, holy cow). Great quality, kind of spendy, entertaining.

Best restaurant ever. Go to the one on Markham Woods in Lake Mary, they have the best chefs and waitstaff. Request the screaming guy, he's hilarious.

You get a lot of food, but it's not quality food. For about the same price, you can get an excellent high-quality hibachi meal and experience at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse. The salad dressing is not very tasty, and the dipping sauces tasted like they came from a can. The rice was hard and bland. The portions are enormous but that doesn't make up for the quality and taste of the food. I would recommend going to Benihana instead.

It was all good. Outgoing people would very much enjoy this because the chefs cook in front of you. I mean they might even throw shrimp at you to see if you can catch it in your mouth! This is more of a family place so try to visit on birthdays or other nights when it's just you and your family. It's also Japanese so if you don't like rice...don't come here. After everything the whole thing should just blow your mind.

It was a unique dining experience!! You sit at the tables and they cook right in front of you!! The service was very prompt and our four year old daughter loved all of the excitement!! The food was top of the line!!

This was the absolute best japanese cuisine I have ever been to. I always spend my birthday there and the food just gets better and better each time I go! excellent job to all the chefs too with the amazing shows they put on for us! I really suggest this restraunt for everyone!

We love Kobe!!!

Kobe is awsome because they give you both rice and noodles. The noodles they serve are delicious. Most japanese steak houses serve either one or the other with the meal. Kobe gives you both, and when you leave you feel so full, but you can't wait to go back.

The cooks are very entertaining and the food just keeps coming. Very resonable price for the amount of food you get. Only one dislike, not for a private dinner be prepared to sit closely with others.
