Some locations offer open air patio seating. I suggest taking advantage of that feature. Also, try to go during a night of live entertainment. The food is pretty good, but don't expect the authenticity of a Caribbean marketplace. All in all, it is a fun place to go for a bit of island flavor.
Cocounut Shrimp and the dipping sauce is my fav there. Food is great and affordable. Service could be better and noise level is uncomfartably high. May be the bad accoustics are due to the all the junk they call decor. But I'd avoid it if I am looking for a romantic, quite place.
What a great place. They gave us a nice booth, friendly service. We didn't feel rushed at all, even with our two kids (4 and 6) and while the kids enjoyed their specially prepared food, we enjoyed cocktails.
Our server, Oscar, was always there when we needed him, and nothing was too much trouble.
Summary: great food & drink, great service - and valet parking too!
I was visiting Orlando for business and stayed by the convention center. The first free night we had we went to BB and I ordered a Bahamarita - it was FANTASTIC! What A Drink. The sounds were also great and the food was delicious. The wait staff was so friendly and advised us on their best of the best. I've already checked their website, the closest BB to me is in Irving, but I'll remember that when I go up for a Cowboy game.
Love Bahama Breeze, whether it is in Orlando or Las Vegas. However, the first time I ever dined at one was in Orlando.
This is a fabulous restaurant and it has a great ambiance. It truly reminds me of a meal in the Bahamas. The only thing missing were the geckos on the walls.
Food is great, service is ok. Decor is perfect.
We visited Tampa in the summer of 05 and let me tell you it was the BEST food and drinks we've ever had in any restaurant really. We live in Houston and wish we had one here. Can't wait to go back to Tampa this coming summr and visit you guys again! Also, this really is a good place for children as well.
