Dragon Court Chinese Buffet, Orlando

This place is HORRIBLE; I'll NEVER go back. Been there twice, the wings dont taste fresh, very limited food, and dont get me started on Customer Service. The OWNER is xtremely RUDE, last time I was there with a co-worker, she went OFF on us when we asked for our discount since the company we work for is on their discount list. The discount would only be about .70cents, it was so embarassing when she help up the check out line giving us a piece of her mind. The other customers behind us looked in disbelief.. Ive never seen anything like this. BAD FOOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE OWNER = BAAD BUSINESS. Dont go. There is a better buffet down the street opposite the gas station, that has lots of variety, customer friendly, very good environment. I hope this helps someone avoid getting yelled at. I wish there was a Zero * rating, that's what Dragon Court deserves.

HORRIBLE!!! The worst customer service ever. Do not eat at this buffet. You will be very disappointed! We are on a vacation with our kids. The manager yelled at us and our waitress... When we got there, we told our waitress that our three year old just ate and probably wouldn't eat anything. She said that we'll just say she's 2 1/2. I thought, wow how nice. So we got her a bowl of soup and some white rice. Just as I thought...she didn't eat anything. I didnt feel so bad since she was going to be free. After we finished, I noticed that they charged us for her anyway. I went to the front and spoke with who I think was the owner/manager. She yell at me and the waitress about why we had to pay for my 3 year old. I just said charge me for the full amount I don't care. The way she handled the situation was horrible. You should never treat your customers or employees the way she did. Do not support this restaurant.
