Boma is my favorite way to start the day in the Orlando area. Don't let the african tastes scare you away. There is plenty of traditional breakfast, but also plenty dishes from which to sample and broaden your horizons.
5 Star Manager and Restaurant!
An excellent way to start out your day. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet! I could eat there every day if I lived in Orlando! All of the food is fresh and tasty! The staff is great too.
My hats off to the Manager as well. During one visit I wasn't feeling well after a long day at Animal Kingdom, had been riding Everest and feeling a little woozie! I got me a plate and couldn't eat because of the motion problems. The Manager came to my table and asked me if I was ok and told me there'd be no charge for my dinner.
He then arrived about 15 minutes later and asked if there's anything special that he could prepare for me. That blew me away, couldn't believe the hospitality that he showed me, almost like a family member would do. That actually made me start feeling better, not well enough to eat but better!
