Of all the Taco Bells in Orlando, this is the best one by far. The Prices aren't jacked up like a lot of the Orlando locations. the store is spotless, even the bath rooms are clean. The Drive thur is fast, you order, pull up, and boom food ready as fast as they can take your money. Now about the food, that is the most important part right? Whatever you orlder is always hot fresh, and packed full. They have never skimp on my order, and you know what I am talking about, sometimes they get cheap on you. I usually rate a Taco Bell by the seven layer burrito. If the seven layer is made right, two of them fill me up nice, if they skimp I can eat two and still be starving! This Bell, two is something hard to swallow. I have called their 800 number more than once to give props for the excellent food and service. Please don't let me forget that they always greet you with a smile, and are very friendly there too. Never a problem in 5 years! If they all could be ran like this one. One last side note, the Taco Bell in Metro West has to be the worst one in Orlando. The prices are jacked by 50% or more. They charge you $1 to use a debt card. They skimp on the portion bad, and they are so slowwwwwwwwww. The one on Hwy 50 is only 3 or 4 miles farther to drive, go the distance and have some Taco Bell done right!
This TACO BELL is exactly why they are labeled TACO HELL. My wife and I had a late night (to us) craving and we really wanted to have TACO BELL. So we pack up the car and went down to the restaurant @ 6611 W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando. We arrived there at 9:30 or 9:35 pm, as I was walking to the door an employee saw us approaching, he then ran to the door and locks it. I then tried to request from him to call his manager no one would pay us any mind (no one came). If you are asking, and I know you probably are, what time they close, according to the hour of operation on the door 10:00 pm
What ever happened to those mottos these businesses used to abide by like courteous, friendly, and customer appreciation? I could have gone to the drive-thru but isn't it my choice how I would like to pick up my food?
Go here if you want to be treated like your money isn't good enough and you have to eat under substandard conditions.
For this to be even an eating option in Ocoee is disgusting. Even if Taco Bell is your last eating option in Ocoee, go down the street to Winter Garden or even MetroWest and eat something worth eating.
Actually, just go to Publix and grab a bag of Purina -- the dog food probably has more nutritional value than anything at the Bell.
