Worst experience ever! After an hour and a half of sitting and waiting I decided to call to ask where my pizza was. The boy on the phone was nice but then sent me to what I believe was the manager I m not sure because she was rude from the moment she picked up the phone and gave me limited information just trying to get rid of me the entire time. She answered the phone with an attitude and asking me if I was the one who ordered and didn t answer the door for her driver. I responded with no I m sitting here waiting for your driver. She then answered by telling me she was canceling my order. I don t know what high horse this lady is sitting on but last time I check customers are always right. Horrible way to run a business and definitely lost a very loyal customers of Dominos.
Bad service called to give order the person on the phone gladly excepted my credit card information and order even checking to see if they serviced my direct area then completed the order charging my card only one minute later to call me back and say they do not deliver to my location.
Worst service ever!!!!! They cancelled our lunch delivery order because they said they couldn't find our building and lied and said they called over and over. Don't they know everyone has caller ID? Also if their driver can't see a huge 3 story building with a giant company sign i am concerned for him to be on the road. Most companies would try to correct the situation and get your lunch back out immeduately but they said they were really busy and we would have to wait another hour for them to try again. Clearly Dominos is doing just fine and doesn't need your business. There are plenty of pizza places out there DON'T BOTHER...THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
