The Cheesecake Factory, Orlando

I like this place but it is not all that. The only think I really like is the Mac n Cheese Balls. They give you large portions and a large variety to choose from. I don't like the Cheesecake here though.

When we arrived were told we had a 15 min wait which turned into 45. Then we waited like cattle for another 5 minutes in the front of the restaurant before being shown to our table.
Meals were fair, service was rushed and rude. It took 20 minutes to get a refill on water/soda. People did not listen to requests and had to make a 2nd return. Way overpriced for what you receive! Too hot in the restaurant. Make sure you eat outside for comfort. IF you decide to chance it! Make sure you have a gentleman in the party for better service. IT matters here. IF you wanted to be treated like a tourist eat here. If not, choose another restaurant.

Its soo worth the price of the food because they have big azz porshens of food.I always try something different every time i go..The best is there lettuce wraps, and ceaser salad..And i am picky about my ceaser too..There desserts are to die for..THere all soooooo good.

Fabulous food and drinks. Large portions. Great choice for an upscale casual restaurant. The only down side... The wait staff should not be wearing white sneakers. Everyone's shoes were very dirty and distasteful, and not a good color option for this type of atmosphere. Management...dress code needs improvement!!! Otherwise I would of rated this restaurant a 5 star.

the cocktails are to die for, try the Caramel twister.The food is excellent and the cheesecakes are, well, thats where it gets its name. Do not leave Orlando without dining here, you will not be dissapointed.

I have beeen to The Cheesecake Factory before in Chicago and there's was just as good. The only thing about the one in Orlando @ The Mall of Millenia was the set up when you first enter the entrance is so crowded. You have waiter flying past, people waiting to be seated, people waiting to be put on the list so it is very crowded. I think it is like that because they have 2 entrances one in the mall and off the parking lot so you have people coming from 2 different directions which cause confusion and congestion. They have the BEST mashed potatoes ever that is with no exageration. Of course all the chessecake one can handle.

The Chicken Madeira is my favorite! And the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake is the best ever! Love the ambience and the staff is always friendly. One of my favorite restaurants!

I love this place. I've been to the cheesecake factory in a few different cities. The food is great, at a great location, and the people are nice. I keep going and going again. Meet you there.....lol

We are loyal visitors to this restaurant. The food is consistently good, huge portions, very good service. Recently, we placed a to-go order. Upon arrival, we discovered they didn't place part of our order. The manager was right on it and we even got a couple pieces of cheesecake for free for the trouble!
