Beautiful hotel, not so good service

The art and appearance of the hotel was beautiful. Liked the location and the rooms. Do NOT eat at the hotel though. We went to the restaurant for lunch and ordered a couple of burgers and a couple of sandwiches and we waited over an hour for the food to come out. Then the bill came out with additional charges that were not listed on the menu. They claimed the prices had changed and they forgot to change the printed menus. To compensate the restaurant manager gave us vouchers for breakfast the next day and told us we could get it anytime before 10:30am. We arrived at 10:15am the next morning only to be told that they couldn't redeem our vouchers because the breakfast offered on the voucher was only offered until 10am. They did tell us, however we could order breakfast with our vouchers through room service. When they arrived with the food to the room they handed us a bill for $100 for 4 breakfasts of eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. When I reminded them we had the vouchers they told us they would adjust the account downstairs. Three days later the $100 showed up on the credit card!! Don't expect much from food service...especially for the price you pay!!!
