Wow, what an authentic indian taste. After trying so many indian restaurants across US, and canada we found this one very close to what you get in india. Had samosa which tasted so real and perfect in spice unlike many restaurants which have just mashed potatoes with peas. Then we ordered Chilli chicken, Panner Makhni and some naans.thay have also some indian beer like TAJ ,KINGFISHER, HAYWARDS 5000 oh god my hubby he love that all beer we stay in orlando one week we everyday eat food here it was awesome food and nice docer..... They were perfectly made and had true indian spice level. Food is perfectly fine with the taste we get. Service is perfect and quick. If you are in and around Orlando do try this restaurant. we go back there again when we go back disney world orlando usa....

We visited India Palace this month with our seven guests from vermont. We were greeted warmly by the Manager who made us feel at home and gave us a nice table that seated all of us close to each other. After talking to the friendly manager we ordered appetizers; cheese pakora, vegetable samosa and mirchi pakira. And for the main course we ordered chilli chicken, mixed tandoori platter, lamb rogan josh, tadka dal and bhindi masala. Then we ordered aloo nan, bullet nan and garlic nan.that was awesome The food had the right content of spices and we loved the creamy essence. We got complimentary pickle and lime. food and service was excellent .We had a blast at this restaurant and this made our Orlando trip memorable.

I recently moved from england where Indian food is a huge part of our culture and I am glad that I can get my fix now that I live in Orlando! Pros: great food, great service, great price we love it.come back again india palace....
I have never felt this strongly about the horrific quality of an Indian restaurant as this. We all concluded that this is indeed the worst food we have ever had at a restaurant.
The tandoori sizzler platter was served luke warm...not sizzling hot. Chicken was not marinated...just colored red and cooked dry. The chicken curry was nothing but boiled cubes of chicken that were simply thrown into a horribly made warm curry. Service was slow. No one ever came by to ask if we liked the food. The gulab jamun were simply OK, Kulfi was nothing but frozen milk, they were out of Mango icecream and Ras malai The bill was a whopping $80 total, For the value...it was nothing short of highway robbery....they actually should pay me to eat here...even then I will never ever eat here. The worst possible food one can have.

I had passed this restaurant up quit a few times before I finally decided to indulge. I hadn't eaten any Indian Cuisine since and left New York and was concerned as to whether or not it would live up to my standard. Also, the outside decor suggested I might not have been able to it into my budget. Much to my surprise, the food, service and overall quality it exceeded what I was looking and set a whole new standard, and it was affordable.
You'll probably miss it if you're not looking for it. Surrounded by the angus, hooters, and crabhouses is India Palace. We found it by chance walking around as we waited 30 minutes for a table at another place.
I've gone a couple of times and have been impressed by the food and the serivce, two key ingredients when I look for restaurants. I think it's family operated; the first time I believe our waitress' son was climbing in a little gym set up in the lobby. Authentic Indian food all the way from the chutney to the tandoori. The servings are amply sized, served timely and warm. I'm not into the spicy curry, but my friends enjoyed anything spicy they ate. I am a wannabe mango connoisseur, so I tried everything mango; very sweet. I can't name the dishes specifically because I would definately botch that. I will the tandoori chicken is great! Overall if you want a delicious, relaxing dinner in the middle of jumping tourist counrty, take the time to visit this place.
