By road diner, 8/15/10
The food was up to the usual Wolfgang Puck standard, but the service (especially for the Disney area) really needed work. It was slow, inattentive, and he basically didn't care.

Best Steak
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/25/06
I made reservations here when I was in FL in June. Best decision that I made! The staff was excellent, our waiter was one of the best that I have had in a long time and the food was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was the best I have ever had. The pricing wasn't bad it was around $180 for 5 people and that included dessert. I will be making a reservation for next year and all of the years that follow.

Best meal ever. We have had dinner here the past two time's in Orlando and we will be there next year. Every aspect of the meal was perfect. Our server, Hacid, was the best I've ever had. He went out of his way to make sure we were totally satisfied. Five stars is not enough as far as we are concerned.

Disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/24/07
My husband and I dined upstairs for a nicer experience but were terribly disappointed in the food quality. The Weinerschnitzel and Pasta and Shrimp dishes were some of the blandest meals we have ever eaten. I commented to the waitress who explained that they serve people from all over and the food is created that way to accomodate all tastes and that we had chosen the plainest dishes on the menu. Please! I expected more from a restaurant with a famous chef's name on it, whether it is located at WDW or Seattle. It must be that this particular restaurant stays busy with tourists and local business is not important to them. We got the message. We'll never go back and won't visit another Puck restaurant in our travels.

asked for a table outside hostess said it was closed. She seated us inside right next to windowso we could watch people eating outside. Our waiter kept calling us you guys. My wife and I are 70. The food was poor and overpriced

Better Than I Expected
By Dani, 1/10/06
We showed up at WPGC at 6:40 pm on a New Year's Eve and had a table within 40 minutes. Although the restaurant was a little noisy, we had a decent table and a great server. Food came quick and hot, not to mention delicious. They have an good wine list and great sushi bar. I have to recommend the Fried Calamari appetizer, light and fresh (not chewy). Portion sizes are perfect and the bill was reasonable. My only complaint is that the tile floor was wet in some areas in front of the open kitchen. I came very close to a scary and embarrassing moment in front of the entire restaurant.

our every disney trip includes puck express!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/18/07
most everything on the menu is fabulous ! walk past the earl of sandwich and have some real food! VERY kid friendly- our rambunctious twins were ok at 10 months old (alright , with their own bottled formula while we chowed down) at 2 1/2 and last week at 3 1/2 . there aren't many places where you can find subtle tastes for the adults that the kids love as well. the pizzas are amazing. the knife and fork chicken caesar salad perfect, the butternut squash soup sublime and the meatloaf your mama never made is elavated- my husband insists i find the recipes for said meatloaf and butternut squash soup. you will so enjoy this place and yet it's fast , reasonably priced and fits into your disney day like cinderella's foot in the glass slipper. mango iced tea is also a nice alternative of the typical drinks of DW.

Wonderful service, great food!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/6/05
My story may be unique, but it was great (and surprising) for me. When our server came to the table for our order, he asked if anyone had food allergies or issues. For one thing, this had never happened in all of my 56 years, and second, the way they helped me was exceptional. I have celiac disease, making me unable to consume ANYTHING with gluten (found in wheat, oats, barley, rye). This makes eating out very tricky. I usually end up with a salad with grilled chicken on it and hope for the best. Our server sent out the CHEF to discuss options with me!!!!! He was knowledgeable and could suggest things that they could prepare spcially for me, what to steer away from, etc. I had a fantastic meal -- the envy of our entire party -- my husband said it sounded so good that he even ordered the same thing! I have never been treated this well, or had anyone knowlegable about celiac help me with ordering. I give this restaurant 5 hundred stars!!!! I felt special and like a valued customer. I highly recommend the restaurant!
