Manuel's on the 28th, Orlando

We went for a romantic dinner assuming a great view of the city. It could be a great view; except the windows were dirty (it hadn’t rained in two weeks). We started out with two waiters and by the time we got half way through the meal we couldn’t find one. The food was quite ordinary (except for the price). The presentation was almost non-existent. Over all it was a major disappointment. For the prices they charge the service should be five star. It fell short of Denny’s. I can only say lower your expectations if you plan on going there.

One of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. By far, the best atmosphere and service I have ever had. Almost every view overlooks the city and the food is amazing! Perfect for anniversaries and birthdays or if you just want an unforgettable meal!

We visited the Manuel's on the 28th for the first time on Wednesday 14th November. Great view, food is just excellent and everything is served beautifully. Staff were courteous, accommodating and attentive without being in your face. This certainly is a spectacular restaurant.

The food, service, and ambiance was excellent. I strongly recommend Manuel's for any special occasion where a romantic evening is desired. My wife and I recently celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary there. The prices were reasonable. We had an incredible view and were able to see the Disney fire works while enjoying a delicious dessert.

This was truly one of the best dining experiences that I've ever had. The ambiance, food, and service was the best for a special occasion or just to treat yourself.

The view was absolutely breathtaking and plan on taking my boyfriend here on his birthday. I think he'll love it and be totally surprised and speechless!

Short and sweet. We have lived in Winter Park for two years now and have tried quite a few of the upscale restaurants in the Orlando area. This, by far, was our best experience. The waitstaff was phenomenal. Definitely give it a shot if you've never dined there. Try the drink cart too. Very informative.

This is a beautiful place to go and have a very unique and romantic dinner. It is AWESOME!!

My wife and I took a night off from the kids and went and had a great time at this place. Before going, I took a look at the reviews about Manuel's on the website, and all I could think of was that the "DISASTEROUS ANNIVERSARY" couple had an off night, especially after enjoying our lovely night. I had the rack of lamb, with rosemary reduction, substituing away from the mint concoction, while my lovely bride had the beef tenderloin. I THOUGHT my lamb was melt in your mouth tender, until I took a bite of my wife's dish. WOW!. A bottle of wine (Jekel Sanctuary), a few Liqueurs (Dulseda), and some that free water, and we were good to go. Great meal, definitly a special occasion kind of place. They also validate for two hours of parking. Unless you get right in and out, you may need to pay for a few minutes. We were there when the doors opened for a prompt 6:00PM seating, and we were out by 8:15PM.

food - incredible, service above my expectations!!! As far as a couple, whose anniversarry got ruined - anyone who has dined there more than once knows that they do not guarantee any tables - they serve on first come first serve basis. I think they are awesome.
