We lived in So Cal for many years and enjoyed many a good restaurants. We are now living in Nashville. Good food is a little harder to find. We were on vacation at the end of Sept for my birthday. We came to Orlando with no idea where to go for a birthday dinner. I searched and searched on line and found Blue. The dinner was the best thing for the weekend. We had the shrimp starter. On my god, it was FABulous. I had the rack of lamb. It was cooked perfectly - oh so pinkish. The brown sauce made me want to lick the plate. My husband had sea bass. He turely in enjoyed it. We were very happy with the suggested wine pairings. My favorite dessert is creme brule. They had it but it was a bit too almondy. But that is only negitive thing I could say about the meal. One reason we picked this Bistro was it was written up in the newspaper as a quiet restaurant. It was very nice and quiet until the two other birthday parties showed up. But it was very understandable. The wait staff was very helpful, too. We are under the impression that the meni changes on a daily basis. If we ever come back to Orlando, we are coming back to this restaurant.
