Gino's Pizza and Brew
There's a reason why the masses crowd into Gino's Pizza and Brew, the pizza here is delectable, reasonably priced and filling. Try veggie pizza, meat-stuffed pizza or white pizza. If you're in the mood for other Italian favorites, the restaurant also serves calzone, strombolis and pasta, and baked ziti. All this is served in a classic pizzeria atmosphere, with lots of neon, formica and red-and-white-checked tablecloths.
all you people that havent ever been to new york dont know how AWESOME this pizza is...and the place is spotless..very clean ..and proffesional...love the atmosphere and the people....and the garlic knots are to die for !!!!! NUMBER 1 IN MY BOOK ...always a pleasure to visit Orlando...even if its just to get this pizza......i would drive just to satisfy the craving for the taste....THanks Gino's !
At one time Gino's was amazing. That was years ago though. The pizza is nowhere as good as it once was. The prices are insane and the pizza is not worth all the trouble you have to go to just to find a parking space. Sorry.
The pizza used to be great, now it's just good. It taste better when they're busy (like around 2am) and it's fresh, but at 3pm it taste like garbage. They've also gotten expensive...maybe because of all the hype? Also, take it to go, the establishment could use a major make-over.
This place is so far from being anything close to NY Pizza its sad. The restaurant overall is what I expected, but the staff can take some lessons from real New Yorkers on how to serve. Don't waste your money or your time on Gino's, its not worth it.
Great pizza. lots of toppings. No skimpy pizza here. freak'n huge for the price. Nice ice cold BEER. Facilities are a little old and need updating but it is clean. it is my favorite pizza joint in downtown Orlando. I eat here at least twice a week.
The place is small, the employees are rude, and the prices are way too high. The charge 3 bucks for a slice of cheese pizza. At night they charge 20 bucks for a lg. cheese pizza that is not that good. The pizza sauce is almost non-exinstant. I would rather eat a frozen pizza, they have more flavor.
Ordered two pizzas at 7:30 p.m., drove there at 8:00 p.m. to pick up order and had to wander through homeless people and weirdos (b/c you can't park close by). When I got back to work, the order was wrong. I called them and they would not refund my money unless I drove back there and delivered them their pizzas which was their mistake in the first place. They were rude and uncooperative. They delivered new pizzas to me at 9:35 p.m. (1 1/2 hours later)! This place is hard to get to, looks like a dive, and the food is just not good enough to go through the hassle of eating there. NYPD Pizza is a much better choice. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are drunk downtown and really need some mediocre food.
Olive Garden serves up authentic Italian cuisine. Their signature breadsticks and one of a kind menu make them an American
icon. Standard Italian options like bruchetta, calamari, ravioli, and eggplant parmigiana line their lengthy menu. More exotic items like ...
