Description

Those mornings when you're willing to sacrifice your waistline for some breakfast comfort food, check out Chuck's Restaurant. The building has served as a diner since 1918, although as Chuck's only since 1993. Inside, the decor is simple with a long lunch counter and faded booths. But while the eatery loses points in decor, they make those up in the quality of food. For breakfast, try the homemade biscuits with sausage gravy or the blueberry pancakes. If you're really hungry, the eggs-sausage-hash browns-bacon-and-grits combo is a steal.

Best Breakfast In Orlando

If you're missing your favorite diner from back home, you have to try Chucks! The restaurant has that family owned feel where you know you're getting that good ol fashinoned homecooked breakfast. Cheap Cheap Cheap too... Seriously, you're stuffed from the portion they give you and you definitely get your moneys worth. During the week theyre open from 6am-12pm and the weekend on fri and sat nights 12am-12pm. Great after a night out at the bars. Make sure you get their hash browns!

We have a time share in the Lake Buena Vista region and have been looking for a good breakfast place...preferrably a mom and pop place. We read the reviews and went in September looking forward to a good breakfast. We were very dissapointed....they stop serving breakfast pretty early so we stayed for lunch.....nothing special at all.....small menu...bland food....an older man (possibly an employee or owner) kept staring at us and sat only a few feet away from us but didn't talk to us....rather an uncomfortable meal...we will not return.

A place were everyone knows your name

I liked the overall experience of going to chucks. Great food for a great price. Great place to go to on the weekends. Great lunch specials and homecook specials. The best thing is that they only serve breakfast on the weekend until noon.

Finally great food @ great prices

I had given up on the food quality in Orlando. My wife and I visited Chuck's for the first time on Sunday, October 29, 2006. I really liked sitting at the large front window. My wife has never had country fried steak before and we gave it a try. It was hmmm hmmm good. I really enjoyed the coffee too. I feel that I have finally found a great place to eat. In fact, I am going there now for breakfast!

Great food with a British accent

First of all, BEST COFFEE in all of the diners! Pete is a great cook. He will cook whatever you want, however you want it. Gina is always coming up with off-the-wall, amazing specials. She dreams up things I would never think of cooking and placing together on a breakfast plate. The other day she had grilled Chicken breast with Sausage gravy, 2 Eggs, Hasbrowns or Grits, toast, and jelly for the special. It was delicious. Pete makes great FRIED TOAST too. The owners are very friendly. Try the BANGERS! It is a really big, juicy sausage from England.

Here is a update for Chuck's Restaurant. The owners have renovated the place with new booths and coat of paint. The sausage gravy is great because it is homemade and not out of a can. Always hot and fresh when I order, also you dont have to wait too long, except on the weekends. So make sure you wake up early to beat the morning rush. The new hours are Monday CLOSED, Tuesday thru Friday 630am-200pm, Saturday and Sunday 630am-1200NOON, but the best part is breakfast all day on the weekends. They also open on a Friday night for a British Pub Night. If you want the best FISH & CHIPS (hand battered Cod) in orlando you have to check it out. Great food at a great price. If you are looking for a great diner with fast friendly service this is the place to go. They also accept cash, check and debit.
