Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant, Orlando

Wonderful, fantastic one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Orlando area. They do get busy but the wait is worth it.

My husband and I love this place. Be sure to tell them how you want the meat cooked though. Nachos Supremas, Enchiladas Supremas, Fajitas, Nachos, and fried cheese cake are great. And if you see the waitress with the long face just MAKE her smile. Enjoy!!!

Best Mexican Food in Orlando. It may look run down, but the food is the best in Orlando! Their burritos and tacos are great. Also you have to add queso for your chips. Very good.

Wow, i'm very suprised that someone wrote such negative reviews here. I've been to this restaurant at least 20 times over the years and never once had bad food or service. In fact, I was just in there this past weekend, and i mentioned to my wife that i think it was the best meal i had there yet. They don't match my favorite restaurants back in texas, but out of all the places i've been in central florida, they are the best. I highly recommend the juevos rancheros, mixing the mild and hot sauce, and drinking it with a tequati beer. they all seem to flow together. The servers there are the same ones i've seen forever and they are all extremely nice. I can't imagine anyone ever having a bad experience, unless they are uptight and rude themselves. This is sort of a dive mexican restaurant not manuel's on the 28th, If you know mexican food, and you miss it. this is the place to go. very close to tex mex and authentic.

The service at this restaurant is HORRIBLE! I have had three bad experiences. The servers refuse to write anything down, and twice I have been given the wrong order. The servers tried to insist that is what I ordered. Since when did beef become chicken? Very rude service. The restaurant was also shut down by the health board temporarily. It is the Sentinel today 9/9/07.

I gotta go back more often.

I will never be visiting or recommending this restaurant to anyone. After waiting 15 minutes to order a drink, the server brought out the wrong drink and then rolled her eyes when I pointed out her mistake. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the server to come back out, I had to get out of my seat to walk inside and find her... She then told me she was busy. After that I left... she must not have needed my tip!

I had the quesadilla steak fajita... delicious!

It took forever to find a good Mexican Restaurant here, coming from the Southwest (no - not Fort Myers). Efficient service with a smile, good selection - I like the Texas Fajitas, and value have kept us coming back for many years. Lots of local folks frequent this place - its very authentic with dishes you can;t get other places. Not a full liquor bar, so the margaritas are wine, but great, especially at a 2 for 5 special in a huge goblet. We like the one on Semoran and Colonial. Dont let the Italian name fool you - it fooled us for two years...shame on us!
