Bar-B-Q Bar, Orlando

Very disappointed to be told by a rather rude and ignorant, on-a-power-trip, young punk doorman to be told that they don't accept international I.D's. I am a 27yr old female tourist visiting from the United kingdom and was denied entry. This discrimination ruined my night out in Orlando and has put me off coming back here again. Would not recommend this place to my friends. The central Florida area vastly survives on tourists and I feel we should be welcomed with a little more hospitality.

I used to really like BBQ when I lived in Orlando. I went there about 3 weeks ago and had a really awful experience completely due to the female bartender she was very rude and blatantly ignored me and my girlfriend (I'm in the service industry.. I know when I'm being snubbed) and then overcharged when we asked someone else to get service for us (she approached him immediately). I would say it's a cool place just avoid the girl at the front bar.

Just moved to charlotte and there is nothing even remotely close to bbq here. I get sad just thinking about it..sniff sniff...bbq is fun

I lived downtown for a year and was uplifted by the distance between me suffocating parts of the city that I had spent the other three years. I always went downtown, and BBQ was always the place. I npw live in NYC, and honestly, I yearn for a place that can be such a stomping ground, while at once being such a second home. Guess it doesn't happen in the big cities. Please enjoy this gem!

I liked the friendly, casual atmosphere. The crowd was hip and the music on the jukebox was great. A truly nice establishment for 20 - 30 somethings.

Bar-B-Q Bar is one of my fav. Orlando Bar. It looks like a hole in the wall but the people are real, eclectic and the bartenders are nothing less than top notch. Bar-B-Q Rocks everydays of the week. Not to mention the jukebox plays the best music in town.

this place used to rock. the 5 star rating is based on years of debauchery that took place at this location. since it's grown, barbcue has lost it's original ambiance. yet, i still would rank it as one of the best bars to visit in orlando. some of the best and most interesting people you could meet. if you are a jock, i would suggest bar orlando. fag.

great place, always has been!!!! gets crowded on the weekends, but always a great crowd,good music-jukebox and reasonable priced drinks-beer....hang outside and people watch,or hang out inside dont forget to check out the infamous photo booth and the photo booth picture wall
