Best drinking/chicken wing spot around. Wednesday night trivia is the best. Michael Knight is the man.

This was our spot. Every Friday ,Family and friends get together until a unprofessional manager call Jeff Brooks put his ego, his poor customer service skills in action. He needs management/customer service training. He was very argumentative and treated us very poorly. We will put a formal complaint but we want to let everbody know to be ready to deal with him. It is very sad that our family has to stop going to this place in Sanford just because this guy. It is sad that Ale House promotes or tolerates this type of behavior. Specially from the General Manager. If you choose to go with your family to this place Good luck and we hope that will not have to deal with this manager.

What a awful experiences! The sad part is that we loved this restaurant. Every Friday there we were. We had considered this restaurant our family restaurant. We had just asked to move from sitting and when Jeff the manager came over or hell were left loose by this monster. He was abusive and condescending to us. He mocked us and then requested for us to leave HIS restaurant… Jeff is a careless employee where he puts his ego and his macho-ness before his duty as Manager for the Sanford Orlando Miller Ale house. Jeff is very unprofessional manger where he likes to intimidate his customer and bully them to the point customer are afraid to come to back to the Ale house. He is not friendly and he very bulgur. Jeff has made it clear to us that he does not care if Orlando Miller Ale house Sanford, FL loses faithful customer like us. The rest of the staff is great!

Log off your computer, and go to the Ale House NOW. It's terrific. Good food at a fair price. The service is great. The atmosphere is friendly. The beer is cheap -- only $5 per pitcher for domestics. When you go, ask for TERRY. Ale House has a good wait staff, but Terry is the best of the crew.

The Orlando Ale House Rocks
By ,
Great food value and excellent service meet under the roof of the Orlando Ale House in Sanford, FL. I have never had to wait for a table, never had to wait long for my food, and have never gone thirsty waiting for refills of Coke. Start with the appetizers. Their wings are the best, whether you like them naked or breaded. You can taste the chicken, not just the breading and the seasoning. And the loaded fries are to die for. A huge platter of fries, smothered with Cojack cheese and bacon bits. Entrees range from sandwiches to steaks, seafood, pasta. As I am a creature of habit, I always stick to my two favorites: the Grouper Sandwich, or a burger. The sandwich is served fried, grilled, or blackened. I usually go grilled. The fish is seasoned just enough, and is white and flaky, tender, and always fresh. Their burgers are melt in your mouth delicious, too. They will cook to order, which is perfect for me as I like my burger raw in the middle. They come with different choices of cheese, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. They are also twice as big as I can eat, so I always have a doggie tray to bring home for tomorrow's lunch. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the amount of food you get at the Ale House. I have never left hungry or broke, and have never left without a few white containers full of goodies for later.
