Pannullo's Italian Restaurant, Winter Park

My friend and I have been going to Pannullo s for about a year now... the entrees are beautifully presented, awesome bread, and the salad bar is rather small, but has fresh ingredients and appropriately priced. Meal prices are very reasonable and the ambiance is very relaxing & pleasant. My experiences with the waiters have been all good. Some pay better attention to details than others, but in general they all have been good to us. I don t care what Critic has to say... obviously he/she had a bad experience and hasn t let go. My recommendation is that you try the place at least once, most people will enjoy it.

After reading the reviews about this restaurant, I almost didn't go. This just goes to show you bad reviews are usually not very true. To start with, when we arrived we we greeted like we we their best friends. Everyone in the place greeted us. The waitress was awesome. She was super friendly and talked to us like friends, joking around and made great suggestions. We had mussels marinara for an app. You couldn't find better, I almost wanted to order more and make it a meal it was so good. After our app I ran outside for a smoke and the waitress ran out an ashtray for me to use, very unexpected. When I walked back in another waitress told me if I wanted to have another smoke later, I can bring my drink outside and she will bring me an ashtray so I can sit outside and relax. You cannot find a place that will treat you better than this. The food is also really great. The food is very authentic and very good portions.The prices are very reasonable as well. This is now our favorite place in Orlando area to eat. We will be there every week for dinner.

This place's success is due to its location, not its food. The recipes all seem to call for mediocre quality ingredients with little flavor, and the service ranges from lackluster to snarly. Try Antonio's a few miles away. Heck, go to Olive Garden. At least their recipes call for seasoning.

did this place fall apart or soemthing? i got greasy food -- like a pool of it left on the plate -- and a drunk waiter.

Salad bar is wonderful and the pasta fajoili always great. Never a wait. Service always prompt and friendly. Cheese appetizer a must for any cheese lover.

Pannullo's has been around through all the changes in Winter Park. It remains a savory dining spot on the Ave.

My wife and I came across Pannullo's one night while driving around Winter Park during vacation, we live NYC. The BEST Italian food you will ever eat will be in New York City but! I have to admit this little restaurant on Park Ave. in Winter Park has one of the BEST Veal Chops one will ever eat!! Every time we come to Orlando Pannullo's is a MUST...........

but Panullo's is great! The food was really good, and I find it hard to find a red sauce I like at most restaurants, but I loved the one that they had here. I had the eggplant parm, and would definitely recommend it. Ask for Scott as your server, he's very attentive without being overly so. And I loved sitting on the patio while people watching. Definitely a good place to take a date!
