310 Park South, Winter Park

Went for Dinner on Sat night. Live music a plus but a lil too loud for dinner. Food was good. Struggled to hear my date during the whole meal. A lil pricey too.

The location is the thing that brings me back each time. The food has been hit or miss, mostly hit. When it rains the management allows smoking customers smoke on the patio where they ruin the meals for the non-smoking customers. This has happened while I was there more than once; so if you are a non-smoker, make sure you are seated indoors in the back. The menu is good, many choices, something for everyone. So, the management allowing smokers to smoke where they are not allowed to could ruin your meal.

With a packed resturant the food still got out in a reasonable amount of time. It was fabulous food with reasonable prices. While SPICE next door was totally abandoned, 310 was full. We went there and were pleasantly surprised by the prompt service. The drinks were refilled immediatly and the food was out within 15 minutes. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

I love 310. It is one of my favorite restaurants. I can always count on great food and great service. The owner is there the majority of the time and things run like clockwork. I don't understand the other 2 reviews above. The first one must have 310 confused with Luma's and the second one with 9pm reservations on a Saturday night? You should know you will be waiting no matter where you dine. They try very hard to make certain everyone is taken care of.

I absolutely love this restauant ......the food is delicious, staff wonderful, atmosphere casual and fun.....a definite favorite.

I have always enjoyed going to 310. The Chicken Roulade is the best dish on the planet. The atmosphere and service are spectacular. The value is the best on the Avenue. Try their Sunday Brunch menu and a have a great Bloody Mary!

The best time to go is for lunch. My co-workers and I enjoy taking our lunch break there. My favorite food item is the chicken and artichoke soup. It's delicious! The restaurant is decorated very cute, like a bistro. The service is great as well.

The atmosphere is great, but I have never had a meal there that I would ever order again-which is disappointing. We kept coming back because we loved their entertainment, a singer/songwriter-Matt Shenk, and actually booked him for our wedding. He is worth coming back to 310, but definitely not for the food.
