Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant, Orange City

What a nice clean place with very nice people running it. Now, if only the food was good. Nope...Sorry folks, it isn't. I read some of these positive reviews and finally decided to make a 20 mile trip to check it out; anything for a good Chinese meal. I always order shrimp with lobster sauce to judge a new place. It was not good here. So, I'm sticking with the two best places in Eastern Volusia..Both of which are wonderful...Won Lee in Deland (best egg rolls and shrimp with lobster sauce in this area outside of Manhattan's Chinatown) and Leahann's, which is overall the best for everything they serve (try the spicy shrimp, salt and pepper shrimp, char shu ding, etc). Either one of these two places will be far, far better than Jade Garden.
