We have eaten in this Crispers a few times but the food was uninspired, it was like a cafeteria and we just didn't enjoy it, nothing to make you want to come back. Recently we decided to try it while cycling the area on a Saturday. We were the only people in the restaurant so we assumed our food ( small salad, cup of soup, 2 half sandwiches) would be prepared promptly. After about 12 minutes we went to the counter and found one young man moving at turtle speed. Eventually our meal was delivered, prepared with flair and lovely presentation. The food was delicious but didn't look particularly fresh, the salad was not cold, the soup was not hot. The kitchen staff needs better oversight and more effort needs to go into making the food quickly and accurately, with less effort toward flair of presentation, as if it were fine dining. One goes to Crisper's for quick, healthy, tasty food.
