Good Food, Awful Customer Service

The food at Gina's is great. That's where it ends. We went in at 7pm on a Saturday night. The staff up front looked like they were running around crazy. We asked how long for a table of four and the hostess said she didn't know. I heard another party talking to the manager asking if they could call their cell phone when their table was ready (which is a service they offer). His response was, well I have like 30 other cell phones of waiting customers I need to call. The wait list had about 5 people on it. They told us it would be 1/2 hr to 1 hr. It was really about 10 minutes. Good thing I waited there because they didn't call my phone. Throughout the course of the meal the waiter forgot bread, lemons, ketchup, refills, and 1 appetizer. When I finally did get a refill he literally took the cup away from me as I was drinking. We waited 40 minutes from the time we ordered desserts and 20 minutes before he brought us the coffee that went with it. The place only has about 15 tables inside and there must have been 5 waitstaff on working so I can't figure out why everyone seemed so stressed and busy. The manager seemed to be bothered by customers anytime someone tried to talk to him. I did like the food, but never want to eat there again. If you want to try it - get take out!
