Colorado Fondue Company, Casselberry

From the reviews I read, I was fairly excited to try a new fondue restaurant. When I arrived the atmosphere was rustic, but quaint. We then had a gentleman come to our table who was very abrupt in his dialog. After we received our drinks, our waiter came to the table and was very unprofessional in dialog. The fondue came to the table prepared (unlike melting pot where they discuss each ingredient and mix tableside) and was bland, most of the grapes we received were rotten, the bread was overly stale, and they served nacho chips with it as well (which I found offensive). When we ordered the chocolate fondue the burner had been turned off, and again the items to dip were mediocre. The atmosphere inside was anything but intimate, as you could hear everyone’s conversations. If you are looking for a fondue, either stay home and make it yourself or try the competitor.

My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. We had reservations for 6pm. We had been seated for about 10 minutes when they sat a family of 7 in the middle of the room. They were so loud and unruly that we couldn't even carry on a conversation with each other. We made several comments to the waiter regarding our displeasure and all were ignored. To make the experience even worse the service was horrid. The waiter apologized for delays or forgetting requests (such as coffee with dessert) no less than 5 times. I called the manager on the next business day to inform him of our visit and he began arguing with me about responsibility for customers and never even addressed the poor service!!. The food was actually good but there are too many restaurants in the area where you don't have to tolerate a miserable experience to get a good meal. DINER BEWARE!!!

liked everything, a little expesive. good not a very good place for younger children. but lots of fun for the older.

i love the atmosphere and the food is great. make sure you call ahead for reservations!

the inside atmosphere. very cozy, cabin inspired decor. if youre picky about lighting, i will warn, its kind of dark. but i love that SHORT AND SWEET: the melting pot but almost half that price. clearly, it's FONDUE. 3 course dinner you cook and eat at your own pace. :)

I LOVED IT!!! It was my best birthday ever.The food was awsome!It will always be my #1 restaurant!!!! Also my 7&10 year old kids loved it too!

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The ambiance is as good as the food. You can get an incredible meal for 2 at a great price.

I usually go to the Melting Pot for fondue, but I decided to try something different by going to Colorado Fondue Company. I liked cooking on the hot stone and the cheese was really good. However, when it came time for dessert, I was a little disappointed. We had the white chocolate raspberry swirl foundue and it tasted like artificial flavoring and it was bright pink. The atmosphere reminded me of a log cabin in the wilderness... I prefer more of an elegant feel. Overall, my experience was good and the service was great.Our server was excellent and friendly, but next time I'm in the mood for fondue, I will go to the Melting Pot.

The service was amazing, the server was friendly efficient and informative. The food was fantastic and the selection was awesome. We had an absolutely fabulous time. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter for dessert!
