KFC, Navarre

This restaurant deserves zero stars!!!!! The manager and staff were extremely rude. The customer service was poor!!! The food was horrible. I was on vacation in Navarre from another state and let's just say I did not feel welcomed in this KFC. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! There is a pizza hut and subway in the same plaza as KFC so I would suggest you eat at anyone of those places. I will never go back to this KFC ever again I'd rather go hungry.

This place is terrible. Have been there a few times for lunch, but will not be back. The lunch buffet that is supposed to start at 11 am is never ready on time and this is very important if you are limited to a certain amount of time for lunch. Last week there were 4 other customers waiting for these ppl to put out food. 11:05 a few vegetables. 11:08 gravy for the potatoes. Chicken cooked but not on the buffet, 4 ppl still waiting at 11:13. The person working the drive in,standing around yapping with the cooks and other help, instead of helping the ONE person trying to get the buffet ready. Just absolutely terrible. If I owed this franchise, I would FIRE EVERYONE OF THESE SORRY EMPLOYEES and lock the doors until i could get a manager and employees that were prompt and actually seemed to care about customer satisfaction.

This place is ok as long as the food is fresh. This one has a buffet which I got food poisoning from. I ended up in the hospital at Eglin AFB and was sick for about four days. The food is usually good if ordered from the menu but I would never eat here again. It's hard to get over something like that you know.
