There was a reveiw written in Nov. of 2008. The green sludge is STILL there, The trash is still there. Along with they more deplited golf course. In addition the funds that are collected to play the game should be towards the island.
This place is disgusting! The entire course was covered with trash all along the walking paths, putting surface was delapidated, and just in an all-around aweful shape - not to mention the green sludge covering what was supposed to be water features! Midway through our game, my son dropped his putter and started crying complaining of pain in his hands - So I carried his putter for him and handed it off to my daughter when it was my turn to putt - meanwhile my son kept complaining and stopped playing. Hurrying to get finished and get out of there, we decided to use the nasty restroom and wash our hands, because by this time, we were all hurting. That didn't help so we headed home, scratching our heads as to what could possibly be wrong with our hands. Once we were home, we had good lighting and realized we had slivers of fiberglass inbedded in our hands, and in my daughter's legs, since she held the putter between them while putting once! We spent hours over the next several days plucking fiberglass slivers out of our hands and legs and were still pulling them out two weeks later! I filed a complaint with the BBB and the owner said she would refund my money after denying me a refund throughout the course of the complaint, but I never saw a dime! I've just consulted with the BBB on my next course of action! DON'T PLAY PUTT-PUTT AT THIS FACILITY!!!!!
