Olive Garden, Fort Walton Beach

We were extremely disappointed in our service and food. There was about 5 tables total of about 10-12 people dining including us yet the server was complaining about how overwhelmed she was and that she couldn t take care of her tables because they cut some servers early. It took about 20 minutes just to get our order in and then we were served very old, cold bread sticks. The server did not write down our order or even seem to be listening to us. Food finally came out and the server brought over my entree, which was cold and brought my husband the wrong food all together. The table next to us got their food before us and they were seated after us! So I had to sit another 10 minutes with my food just dying while the server ran around yelling for my husbands food on the fly EW! Couldn t even stay to eat the food had enough, the manager was no where to be found. Bad experience!

It was good for an Olive Garden. Its good for a Sunday Afternoon Lunch. The pumpkin cheesecake is yummy and our service was superb.

I was taken here for my birthday, the food was burn & had a burnt taste. I will never go back. I guess i have been watching way tooo much of "chopped".

This is similar to Olive gardens restaurants. It is a nice place to go if you like breadsticks and some nice Italian food. We found it be reasonably priced and a relatively short wait since we went during a weekday in the offseason. I would recommend going there.

We've never had a bad meal here! The service is usually great, also. The Seafood Portofino is terrific!

I ordered take out. The staff was great, but I paid $27 for 2 pasta dishes, 2 salads and 4 breadsticks. Value for the $$$ was no comparison. The portion wasn't large for the cost.

My husband has taken me here every year on our anniversary. I love their food, especially the salad and breadsticks. The service is always good. We have always had a male waiter, though there are females there too. My only problem with them are they have started getting chinsy on the breadsticks. They start you out with 5 which isn't even for two people, and then they give you 3.... But the alfredo sauce to dunk them in is to die for. With a glass of Reunite Lambrussco, I'm all set!

My parents treated me here for a long-overdue reunion. We had a wonderful waiter, and the food was good as always. I was impressed that the staff understand the significance and meaning behind getting a bottle of wine, as my parents nor myself do so often. If you're in the area and like Italian cuisine, Olive Garden is worth a visit.

The food was awesome! i have eaten here many times and always want to come back!
