I eat here when I teach on the base and it is worth the effort to get here. The staff are friendly, the lunch buffet has the usual foods you would expect (hummus, falafel, good Mediterranean salads, gyro meat, for example) but there are other things as well, such as the various soups, desserts besides baklava, lentil and chickpea dishes nd vegetables that are the center of the entree.
I think it is a tad bit pricey (buffet plus fountain drink and a 2 dollar tip puts it at $12 for a single person) but I also consider it worth the money because it is good, flavorful food.
We had a late lunch and looked at the buffet, but it wasn't in the best shape so we ordered from the menu. The food was good but it took forever to get it and then find someone to get the bill from. We won't be back.
