Beach Walk Cafe has had numerous write ups in all the pubs that people who enjoy wonderful trendy restaurants. And rightfully so! The place oozes with ambiance. You can choose to dine indoors, even request a view of the ocean. You can sit out on the back deck and enjoy the ocean view or if you have a group, you can get tucked out of the way and enjoy some privacy. Also, IF you have a special occasion, OR NOT, you can request an On The Beach dinner, where they set up your table on the sand, complete with white tablecloths and candles. You needn't fear the quality of the service. The staff at Beach Walk at all levels is completely professional. They are most knowledgeable about the food, it's preparation and wine and drink selections. So IF you needed to impress someone, either for business or pleasure, Beach Walk staff will make you look extremely good. Fresh baked bread was delivered to our table througout the evening along with butter and this terrific olive oil and romano cheese and herb mixture to dip. We ordered a seafood sampler type of appetizer and spring rolls. All wonderful. I had the red snapper that was topped with lump crabmeat served with grilled fresh asparagus. It was divine. Others had the rack of lamb, which got rave reviews and the fried lobster was sooo wonnderfully rich.. it couldn't all be eaten. I couldn't stop there as I had to have dessert.. and chose the scoop of hagen daas rolled crushed nuts drizzled with honey and fresh raspberries sprinkled on it. I was sooo happy! Everyone in our group of 16 was soooo happy. I highly recommend Beach Walk... but next time.. I would like to use the romance factor.
