The service here is beyond horrible. The girls are so rude it is not even funny, and this is if you can manage to pull them away them from their personal conversation to serve you. Then there is the stale bread, or so I thought. However, a friend of mine enlightened me and explained when the bread comes out of the oven it must then be placed in the warmer. This is where Subway gets their famous soft bread. It appears they are pulling the bread straight out of the oven and serving it causing the bread to be hard, and falling apart in your hand. If this is so then why are they serving an unfinished product? Pizza Hut would not pull a pizza out of the oven half cooked just because they had a lunch rush, then why does this particular place of business feel it is okay to do so. If this is not bad enough I watched the girl pull a dirty knife out of the sink to cut someone sandwich with, yes I did say dirty, and no it was not a clean knife sitting in the sink, I actually saw the blade with food caked on it. Now you are just disgusting. Next time I will gladly drive the extra ½ mile down the road to Lenny’s where they actually appreciate their customers. This is not to down Subway in general, in fact I love Subway just not the one on Airport Rd, Destin, FL.
