Back before the fire and it was Dan's BBQ it was a good dive. Since it re-opened, the prices are higher and the menu has changed...for the worse. Service is poor and hurried. The seafood is not fresh but FROZEN. BBQ is nothing to brag about. I am a local and have been to the new Salty Sue's several times, thinking maybe I just came on a bad day, but no such luck. Do not bother with this place; keep on driving by! I know good seafood and this isn't the place for it.

We are back in PCB again for the winter...I understand that that one-man band that was there all last winter will be there again this year. It was amazing how people got there before 5pm and the place was jammed for his 6pm performance. The chicken wings are out of this world, best we ever had and some of the the other selections were good too. As far as a previous comment went, yes, the floor was sticky at times, but the establishment got on that real quick...I'm thinking it was mostly because the food was carried over it all day and all night. It was an opened up dance area (tables moved for a dance space) and we danced our hinies off to the great music, had great food...and all kinds of liquor...all in all a great place to meet new friends and party Good service, good food and good times, need I say more? Bring on the winter season...we are READY!!! We'll be there!

This is obviously a bar-b-q restuarant trying to masquerade as a seafood place, too. Please, please don't feel obligated to put seafood on your menu just because you're close to the beach! We (me, my husband and 2 kids) ate here on Friday 7/23/10. The kids got a bar-b-q plate and bar-b-cuban sandwich. Those were not bad; not the best bar-b-q but, certainly, not the worst either. My husband had the seafood platter and I had the grouper. I cannot describe how bad the grouper was. It wasn't very fresh but didn't seem ruined but I think the takeout box that my daughter put half her sandwich in would have had more taste. The side of potatoes weren't much better. My husband said the platter wasn't any better. I wouldn't taste it because I was scared to! And I would have told them this in person, but not ONCE did the server ask how our food was. I think she was afraid to. After her reaction, I think she knew they did not do seafood well. But that's the understatement of the year. The worst food we had in PC and PCB!

after dancing two different nights at this restuarant the floors were disgusting filty and sticking both times- i don't think they ever get washed; and now they allow dogs outside to eat with their masters. how much more filth will track into this resturant on a daily basis. i won't be back.ugh!

If you like sea food... go somewhere else. Red Lobster would be preferable. I ordered the grilled grouper. My husband got the grilled shrimp. Each of these meals ($14 to $15 each) came with only one side. The grouper smelled fishy and had no seasoning whatsoever. There was some barbecue sauce on the table and I used that to season the fish (or at least cover up the tatse.) The shrimp were tiny and he only got about 6 of them. They tasted okay, but there weren't enough to fill a kid let alone a grown man. My side was a sweet potato. How can you ruin that? Well, they did. Two bites is all I took. It tasted like the potato was old or overcooked. Just not right. It came with this buttery cinnamon sauce that was super-sweet. In any event, it only made the thing taste worse. My husband got steak fries and they were over-salted (maybe that is how they got their name?) If some of that salt were on my grouper, we may have had a better meal. We both left there hungry. The meal with coffee and tip was nearly $40. For that, we should've been full. Spent less than that at a chain restaurant the week before and were full and satisfied.
