I stop at this praticular BK often. The food is good the service is good and I prefer to eat at BK if I'm going to eat fast food.I usualy go through the drive through. Thats where the problem is. I don't get what I order. The last time this happened I took the order back , gave it back through the window and explained that the 16 mi pound trip to correct the problem wasn't worth the trouble and drove away. I'm sure they will do just fine witout my buisness. Making your customer return becouse the transaction wasn't carried out properly is BAD for buisness.
