Wow! What warm, friendly, and receptive Cafe this place is; although we did not eat because breakfast service was over but that did stop the owner from coming out to greet us (my boys and I). His receptive gesture won him a lifetime customers whenever we are in town. Way to go!

This place was wonderful! We stopped in for brunch Nov 2009. It was very busy but we were seated as soon as possible. The lady who waited on us was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The meal I had was delicious and so was my husband's. It seems that you have to get there early on Sunday or they'll run out of most of their specials b/c they are so popular. The bakery has a lot of character and atmosphere with painted tables/chairs. It has a warm feeling and delicious food to match. We're headed back t Panama City this year and definitely plan to stop in and dine at this restaurant again.

This place is phenomenal!! Before my recent trip to Panama City Beach, I did a bit of research as a guide to the places I wanted to eat on my trip. I found Andy's Flour Power Bakery, and after reading the reviews... I knew I had to try it out. I have to say this is one of the best places I have ever eaten! The staff was friendly and fast, and the food was amazing. I tried the Belgian waffle covered in whipped cream, strawberries, and powdered sugar. Great!! It's a place the whole family can enjoy, and the baked goods are awesome as well. My son even lost his very first tooth while eating the orange slice from his plate, and when we told the cashier on the way out, she gave him a free chocolate chip cookie! This is not the type of service you get from other places. Highly recommended. I will be eating there again on my next visit to Florida.

Here is another A+ place where the owner really cares. I love the apple dumplings and all off the sandwiches are outstanding. Service is also excellent. Keep up the good work.

FEEE-nominal food and atmosphere. Like you're in someone's kitchen and they're working their tails off to make you happy. Plus, they have plenty of pre-baked pastry items to tempt you on the way out (and the way in, for that matter). Bring an appetite.

I am from out of town. I call other bakeries, only to be told we cant't make that. I was requesting an unusual birthday cake. But Andy's said, they could make the cake. The cake was beautiful and the taste was great. Thanks, for making my son's birthday special.

I'm a married man with no sense of style. Therefore, I don't notice decor, flowers, pictures and wall coverings. However, the atmosphere of Flour Power actually leaves an impression on me. It makes me feel lively and upbeat. Beyond that the food is great. I don't care for french toast, but after seeing a nearby table's one day, I had to try it. That is about all I order now. It's real french bread topped with hot syrup, pecans, strawberries and powdered sugar. It's simply excellent! After many visits and different dishes, I can easily say all my breakfast meals here have been tops. The owner is a likeable chum who appreciates his customers, the hot breakfast menu is diverse enough to satisfy everyone, and the bakery is vastly yummy. Pick up a box of assorted muffins and take to work for your co-workers. I've never tried their lunch menu, but know I should....and I know I will. No telling what I am missing at noon.
