The absolutely worst meal I have ever had...food was full of shells or sand and still cost 50 bucks for 2 ...didn t eat the food and still got charged.....-10

I eat at Billy's about 8 or so times a year and service and food is great. Fresh seafood and the blue crabs are the best around. the guy who said no smile for service has to be a old poop-head who hates the world.. Any way go there you will love it. I travel down from Chipley just to eat there.

Service without a smile. Have been twice in the last 6 months. UNFRIENDLY service is what ruins this place for me. The food is good but I don't want to pay for unfriendly service. They look and act like they are bothered by your questions and seem stressed out.

Billy's Oyster Bar has a great atmosphere and while I have never ordered anything I didn't like, the prices are expensive compared to other places in PCB. We do stop on our way out of town, but would love to see the prices drop a little! 3 stars!

Best place to get Blue Crab EVER. It's not pretentious, you can come in your bathing suit. Great, food and great atmosphere.

First scent you get is craboil when you walk in. Prices were high. Portions were small. Both of us ended up sick all night from the food, whether is was bad grease or something? Food tasted good, but the nausea/vomiting and nausea/diarrhea is not worth it. Will not return.

We ate at Billy's for the first time 2 years ago. The oysters were great and the beer was cold! We decided we're coming back down this April and we will definetly stop at Billy's on our way in! Randy and Frankie, Newnan, GA

Great food and service. The oysters were ice cold the shrimp and crab were great. Look forward to going to Billy's every time we visit Panama City. Can't wait to go back.

WAY OVERATED LAST TRIP

The quality of the food was fair but overpriced. The raw oysters were extremely small and were not cold making them very dissappointing for a oyster bar
