Larumba Mexican Restaurant, Defuniak Springs

I eat a lot of Mexican food. I travel all week long on business, so it's pretty much all I eat. Let me tell you, this is now my FAVORITE Mexican restaurant. When I visited here approximately 3 weeks ago (Early March 2006), I was told they were now under relatively new management. The food I had was amazing compared to the other Mexican restaurants. The beef in the hard shell taco's I had was perfectly seasoned, and not too dry. The portion they gave me was huge, AND it only cost around $4.00 because I was there during lunch. In addition, they were also serving FREE sweet tea, so I didn't even have to pay for a drink. I made it a point to ask to speak to the manager. When he arrived, I complimented him on his restaurant and he thanked me. I loved the food so much, I tried to convince him to open up a restaurant in my home town of Tallahassee! Do yourself a favor and visit this location if you ever pass through Defuniak Springs.
