I want be going to Hobbitt ever again for the service has gone to crap and for the loud music it sucks, I go there for family fun and i cant even talk to anybody for the music and the waitress couldnt get my order rt for she couldnt here me.. When we finally got our food the lights were so low we couldnt hardly see our food., You are running more people off with this crap .

Love this place good food,drink, and live bands on the weekends with no cover charge, can't beat it!

I used to go there with family and friends for dinner and breakfest on weekends at least once a week. But the last two times I have been there the service was sub par and the wings small. The beer prices are good but the wing prices are to costly for the quility of wings you get. Sorry to say but we have to find a new wing place with reasonable prices and better quility.

I go there every once in a while when I can afford I night out with my children.We really enjoy going, the food is priced very reasonable and they have the best fried mushrooms EVER!!!!!!!! I am going to treat me and my kids and we are going there tonight

I had my boyfriend grab some wings for me one night while I was pulling a long study sessionand he and some of his friends where watching the game. When he got home, ALL 50 of the wings were very overcooked. They were so dry that even the extra sauce he had asked for couldn't conceal the horrible cooking. While he and his friends, being the men they are, were willing to eat the fried dry wings, I wasn't. I called back only to get lots of attitude from the manager. She insisted that if I wanted the order remade that I had to bring them back that night, rather than the next day although it was already close midnight and I had a big exam the next day. Once I stopped my studies to take them back, she didn't even apologize after she and her employees noticed how overcooked the food was. The employees are nice, but the management is terrible...the second order was well made, but needless to say this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

We go to the one near Tom Brown Park after our soft ball games. It's very convienient and the beer is cheap. I deffinitly recomend it for some after game socializing!

I use to frequent Hobbit Hoagies qutie alot in the early 1980's. As far as I was concerned, they set the standard of the way subs are to be made. I haven't been to any of the Hobbit's in over 10 years! a Co-worker and I decided to try it out today...WOW what a mistake that was. We didn't wait to long to get a waiter/server. This person was very nice and polite, but the food(hot wings) were not up to par, like the other restaurants around town!! Our hour lunch, turned into about 1 hour 15 minutes(hope we don't get into any trouble!!!) It took FOREVER to get the bill. The place wasn't even that busy; maybe 10 tables total, including us. Needleess to say, we will NEVER, EVER eat there again

Very disappointed with this particular store.. went in for lunch a philly my favorite and asked for my meat to be cooked well done (Pensacola Street Store has no problem with it) and it was given to me twice not cooked the correct way when I asked for it to be credited back to my debit card the General Manager Marion told me not to come to her store anymore and dont waste her food...I figure that if I purchase something it should be preparred the way I like it since I have to pay for it. Marion insisted that it was well done (in her book) and that I must take it. Going to contact the proper folks and let them know of my horrible treatment. One of her workers had to remind her to stay professional of which she was not, didnt even apologize for the first time being incorrect. Marion not all black ppl react the same way to ignorance at least I dont I'm one of the few educated ones lol and you have a wonderful day and life may you continue to be blessed with your establishment.
