Clark's Fish Camp & Seafood, Jacksonville

Beware! I went there for the first time in October. I was eating at the bar and looked up. There was a RAT. The health board has been called and supposedly they are already working to fix the problem. Food was not the best. Definately not worth the wait. I will never go back.

Good place to eat. Somewhere to take guests in town. Back deck at sunset is nice. Feed small gators off the deck also from your table. No parking is correct, even on Monday or Tuesday night. Many wild types of game that you will not find anywhere else. Rabbit, snake, gator, etc..

IF YOU LIKE EATING/EATING WITH DEAD ANIMALS GO HERE! EWW AND THE FOOD IS ALMOST RAW, AND VERY FATTENING. IM NEVER GOING BACK! YOU SOULD NEVER GO!!!

The atmosphere and food were fabulous. This is quite a unique place to dine. Great menu selection. My husband is not a fan of seafood, but there was much more to choose from. The prime rib was amazing. I had the shrab salad--DELICIOUS!!! Our other family members were equally impressed with their meals.

I have been going there for @ 30 years and always love their food, Until yesterday. The Devil crab had no crab in it, It tasted like the ones you buy at Winn Dixie. They were frozen, not fresh, and they were burnt. The Ass. Manager said they always come like that, so eat them. RUDE..... The Shrimp was breaded so heavy it tasted like all bread, no shrimp taste and they were like rubber. The head waitress was great, but the Ass. Manager did not want to get off her lazy butt to talk to us. We were two tables away. I am glad I took my son and parents there for my son birthday. He hated the food. The food has change for the worse and I may not go back there nor my family, because they wanted to go cheap on the food by not having to pay a delivery charge for the food supplier. We used to go there about once a week until now,unless they go back to the way their father made this restaurant a great place to eat and enjoy. A very unhappy Customer!

My sister in law made reservations for 18 people on July 1, 2007 for her mother and fathers (my mother and father in law)40th wedding anniversary. The whole family minus two people who were late, were in the reserved room enjoying the party when the manager of the restaurant BARGED in and and aggressively grabbed the (fragile) anniversary cake that belonged to my in laws! She was moving it to clear a table for OTHER people!! She claimed that since two of the people in out party were late, it voided our reservation of the room!! She was EXREMELY RUDE and she made a HUGE scene! It was SO embarrassing we will NEVER go there again! That manager has NO consideration for others and NO manners!

We arrived at the restaurant on the 4th of July, 2007, at the recommend of a local real estate agent who is helping us relocate from Chicago. The food was very good and the service just a bit on the slow side. I recommend this restaurant and if we finally move to Jacksonville from Chicago we'll return to Clark's. Morganne Llama

This place has Horrible food, Rude staff and waiters, Dirty, Funky smelling building, Poor service, This place is simply a RATHOLE. Was that twenty five words?
