It's sad the franchises like this exist to give an otherwise decent company a bad name. I was irritated the first time I went and they screwed up my order, but sometimes that happesns. Second time the order is wrong again. They still screwed up my wopper, and I checked the reciet and it said what I had ordered so it wasn't that. I should have known better than to give them a third chance because that really makes me look like an idiot for expecting something different, but I was with friends and they wanted to stop. Yes! They screwed it up the third time. I'm sorry, but three strikes and your out. I won't be back.
